What are some of the things you love about being a Thriver?
All the people at Thrive are genuinely good people. I love having autonomy, but can always count on my coworkers to help and give feedback when I need it!
What’s a vacation you’ve taken where you kind of wished you could move there?
St. Lucia was amazing. I would only want to move there if I were able to move into the actual resort we stayed at – the rooms only had three walls and the view overlooked the ocean and Piton Mountains. I think the photos speak for themselves:
What’s your favorite way to de-stress?
BINGE SHOPPING and laying out in the sun!

What sparked your interest in social media?
Honestly, it all started in Simmons Beautyrest’s boardroom seven years ago at my first digital marketing agency position. It was my first day (!) and we were in a meeting discussing agency transition and their CMO needed our agency (that didn’t do social media at the time) to take over their social media management. In 2011/2012, social media was still so new to agencies, so I had to figure it out. I haven’t looked back since and love what I do – especially strategy.
You recently told your coworkers that you dislike cookies. We’re all shocked! What’s your favorite dessert?
It’s basically a sin to not like cookies in an Italian family, so I’m used to the shock. However, when I go for sweets (which is rare because I’m a savory kind of gal), I go for ice cream (cookie dough or mint chocolate chip), tiramisu, and cheesecake.
