Making a Difference, Together
Our success is rooted in our clients, our team and the communities around us.
Through volunteer work and charitable giving, we extend our impact beyond marketing. As our digital marketing company continues to grow, so does our capacity to make a difference.
We’re committed to deepening our partnerships with local organizations and finding new ways to support the communities that support us.
For every business that works with Thrive, we will give a micro-loan to another striving entrepreneur
from Kiva to help them grow and succeed.
What Is Kiva?

Kiva’s primary goal and mission is “to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty.”
Serving Our Local Communities
We believe in giving back to our communities and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
We donate time and money as a team and as individuals.
2025: Mission Arlington – Loading Food Supplies and Packing Backpacks
In 2025, Thrive partnered with Mission Arlington for two impactful service events supporting local families and students in need. Our team assisted with essential food distribution by loading and organizing supplies and helping prepare items for community members. Thrivers and their children also worked together to sort donated school supplies and pack backpacks for students across Arlington school districts.
2024: Mission Arlington – Manual Labor and Food Distribution Support
DFW Thrivers collaborated with Mission Arlington on two service projects focused on community care and support. Volunteers helped dismantle and store fencing after an Easter event for local children. We also assisted with unloading food and drink donations for distribution through local churches.
2023: Mission Arlington – Distributing School Supplies and Other Donations
As part of Thrive Camp 2023, more than 125 Thrivers from various parts of the world gathered at Mission Arlington’s facilities to participate in a community outreach project. We moved, organized and sorted through a warehouse full of school supplies and other donations provided by the local community, joining the organization’s efforts to make a difference in others’ lives. We hope these resources will benefit the students of the Arlington Independent School District. In the spirit of one of our six core values, gratitude – we’re thankful for the opportunity to give back and lend a helping hand to a good cause.
