Thrive’s Creative Team is top-notch. Creative Team lead Ted Campbell describes his group like this:
“Where the magic happens, where the coffee flows like the Nile, where every piece of advertising we see in the real world could be done better,” Campbell said. “We prefer to be called the Creative Team because, well, we’re just creatives. Yes, we do web design, but we can also make you a cross-stitch, design a billboard or even direct a small film. There’s no limit, just ask.”
As you can see, Campbell is proud of his group.
“A huge shout-out to our Creative Team: Varun for jumping in and handling anything that’s thrown at him, Shawna for working her butt off and keeping all of us in-line, Corbin for being able to juggle a full video/photo department by himself and many other freelancers who have helped pave the way for our department,” Campbell said. “These are the people who spend a lot of time to perfect the craft and ultimately set a visual precedent for the type of work we do at Thrive.”

The project I’m most proud of:
One of the projects I’m most proud of is organizing LGBT+ STEM day at the Fleet Science Center in San Diego (Brochure). The event was actually one of hundreds being celebrated on the same day throughout the world and was the first LBGTQ+ focused event our museum had ever hosted. I brought together all departments to add special panels to existing exhibitions, created hands-on science demos and had outside organizations visit with their own setups. Staff members volunteered their time to run tables, each with a personalized name badge describing their orientation.
A song I could listen to on repeat:
A band I love, TWRP, recently released a new music video for their song Starlight Brigade, and I can’t get it out of my head. If you like anime and video games, you’ll dig it.

The project I’m most proud of:
I designed the logo for a pretty well-known music venue, Trees, here in Dallas. Some of you might remember this place from when Kurt Cobain started a fight on stage back in 1991.
Favorite Artist:
Too many to list, but I’ll share my tattoo artist. I love his work: Andy Ryan Felty.
Also, Marie Sena is a really good tattoo artist and painter.
