When did you start at Thrive? I started in 2016, December so I am working for Thrive for more than a year now!
What are some of the things you love about being a Thriver?
Working with the team of extremely talented people who are willing to share their knowledge and help each other is one thing that makes Thrive different from any other digital marketing agency I have worked for in the past.
What’s something that’s really expensive that you wish you could buy?
Not really into expensive stuff but if I will have a lot of money I will pay for a vacation with my family to Galapagos Islands.
Are you a morning person or a night owl?
I have to wake up early in the morning to drop my kid to school but that’s not something I enjoy doing. I am definitely a night owl!
If you could be best friends with a celebrity, who would you choose? Why?
James Spader. I think he is an amazing actor but other than that there are a lot of things you can learn from him. Plus, I like his sense of humor.
What’s your favorite Pakistani food?
There is a long list. Biryani, Chapli Kabab, Afghani Kabab, Samosa, Nihari, Sajji, Kheer, Haleem. Anyone interested in Pakistani food should check this post by BuzzFeed.
What’s the weirdest American thing you’ve seen in Texas when you come for Thrive Camp?
Not sure weird but it’s definitely funny. So, I knew America mostly from the “Home Alone” and other Christmas movies and I thought when I will get out of the airport, I will be needing an extra layer of clothing, jackets and all because the U.S. means cold weather and snow, right? But when I get out of the DFW airport, it literally broke my heart. I feel like I flew 19 hours to experience Karachi’s weather again!
