SEO Progress Report & Google Analytics
Possibly our most thorough all-in-one report, the SEO Overview report begins with fully customized outline of:
- A custom introduction including highlights of the previous month,
- Links to SEO Client Portal and Shared Reports Folders,
- A Google Analytics Overview
- Social Media report detailing activity on our client’s social media profiles.
Here’s a preview:
Google Analytics Report
Google Analytics is the most popular website traffic tracking tool, and although exact numbers differ, most sources agree that nearly 50% of the most popular websites on the internet are tracking statistics about their website using the free tool from Google.
All of our clients (Web Design and SEO) receive automated monthly emails including some excellent data (see example below).
This doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface. However, our clients are able to log in to Analytics and explore mind-boggling amounts of information. Analytics also tracks and reports data on:
- Traffic sources
- Keywords used to find the site
- Browser type
- Location of visitor: City, State, Country, etc.
- Much more
Keyword Rankings Report
In order to meet our primary goal of helping your business grow, one of our major tasks is increasing traffic to your website by improving your rankings for keywords related to your industry. Early in our work for you we’ll establish a list of targeted keywords with your feedback.
The goal is to produce a manageable list of the most important keywords, and actively target them in the content on your website and with an inbound marketing campaign. The fastest way to rapid ranking improvements is to narrow down your targeted list of keywords to a few really important ones.
This allows us to focus our energy and see a quicker improvement. After we’re ranking well for those, we can switch to maintenance mode on them, and move on to other keywords.
Here’s what the report looks like:
When reviewing keyword rankings, we can also track movements in comparison to your competitor’s keywords.
Time Tracking Report
At Thrive, we use Teamwork to track our time and manage projects for all of our clients. We love this tool because it allows collaboration within our team, but we also give clients the ability to review tasks and collaborate with their digital marketing team.
Here’s a preview of a timesheet, something clients receive each month along with their report:
Strategic Online Marketing Plan
Our Strategic Online Marketing Plan is a roadmap that outlines a 60-day strategy, allowing us to ensure that our clients are well informed and on the same page as their strategist regarding the immediate SEO priorities.
For those who like to plan far in advance, 60 Days may not sound like a very long-term plan, but we prefer to remain agile due to the rapidly changing nature of SEO and the regular algorithm updates from Google and the other search engines.
This enables us to ensure that our clients have a plan that is custom tailored to their needs, and includes the latest information from within our industry.
Here’s what that looks like:
Social Media Reporting
From Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more, social media can cover a lot of ground for your business. At Thrive, our social media team works with you to determine the most effective channels and strategies to increase your success through social.
In order to track that success, we’ve developed reporting to help you understand the value. Whether audience growth, engagement or lead generation (or all of the above) is the goal, our reports will dive into what is happening on the various channels.
For each social profile managed by Thrive you can expect a written summary of highlights from the previous month and visuals to support the identified key metrics specific to that channel.
Your business is growing! To ensure you’re not bombarded with numbers and data, we’ve combined our SEO and Social Media reports to save you time and are always available to discuss your reports in more detail should you have questions.
Thrive works hard to ensure that our progress is being reported on clearly and transparently, and in order to do so, we offer integrations with some of the industries leading reporting and online marketing tools. The goal is to ensure that you have the best possible information regarding your site.
Here are some of the most noteworthy integrations on offer:
