Tandem Psychology, a group of licensed psychotherapists in Chicago, sought Thrive Internet Marketing Agency’s digital marketing expertise to boost its lead generation efforts.
Thrive’s web marketing experts conducted comprehensive search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising audits to identify critical areas for improvement. Web Design and Development
We started by understanding the client’s goals, challenges and buyer personas. Our web developers leveraged this data to build a user-friendly website that checked the boxes on a lot of the conversion rate optimization (CRO) elements needed for a successful website. This allowed us to focus on driving qualified traffic to the website.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Thrive implemented on-page and technical SEO strategies to increase organic traffic. This included backlink building and regularly publishing blog posts written by the client and optimized by Thrive’s team, helping the site rank for relevant keywords. Thrive also utilized Google Business Profile to boost local presence and visibility.
In doing so, we saw increased traffic, leads and a decreased cost per click on PPC. We reached a point when SEO was strong enough to put PPC on hold as our SEO efforts kept the client’s capacity full.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
Our PPC specialists worked closely with the client to ensure we understood its target audience. We focused on finding the highest-converting keywords to maximize our ad spend and ongoing bid adjustments and targeting. We also constantly looked at low performers and removed them while adjusting our bid strategies to keep up with the competition.
Additionally, Thrive noticed that the client didn’t have someone answering the phones. Instead, the phone rang until it went to voicemail, where the user would leave a message and wait to get a call back. We set the calls straight to voicemail to prevent users from dropping off while it’s ringing. This was big as the client has a 100% close rate on all calls.
When Tandem Psychology started with us, they were happy to keep the business at the same size and maintain it, thinking it was all it was capable of. With leads increasing, the client felt confident getting additional office space to expand and is looking at growing the business even more.
