As a non-profit organization, Kiva.org enables people in any location to act as Internet-based lenders to fund low-income entrepreneurs and students in more than 80 different countries. Kiva's primary goal and mission is "to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty."

2023: Mission Arlington - Distributing School Supplies and Other Donations

As part of Thrive Camp 2023, more than 125 Thrivers from various parts of the world gathered at Mission Arlington’s facilities to participate in a community outreach project. We moved, organized and sorted through a warehouse full of school supplies and other donations provided by the local community, joining the organization’s efforts to make a difference in others’ lives. We hope these resources will benefit the students of the Arlington Independent School District. In the spirit of one of our six core values, gratitude – we’re thankful for the opportunity to give back and lend a helping hand to a good cause.
