You may find one report more useful than the others, that’s pretty typical, but since different people tend to gravitate towards different reports, we’ll give you all the options and allow you to pick your favorite!
We have recently undertaken some major changes, and we’re very happy to introduce our new Reporting system. This reporting is available to ALL of our ongoing Search Engine Optimization clients, on either a monthly or bi-monthly basis depending on your budget.

This will allow our clients access to a wide variety of data, which includes:
- Access to Google Analytics, and detailed statistics about traffic to your site,
- Referring Sites, Most popular keywords, etc.
- Facebook Metrics – Number of friends, likes, shares, follows etc.
- Twitter Activity – Mentions, Followers, Following, etc.
- Number of Inbound Links
- Where applicable, overviews of Adwords (Pay-per-click) campaigns, and Keyword Rankings (These are available for all SEO clients, but are only available within the portal for clients where physical location doesn’t factor in.)
Shared Reports Folders:
We’ve also decided to take advantage of a service Google offers, Google Drive, to make our SEO reporting available at our clients’ convenience. We store all our reports in “the cloud” so they are accessible to you at any internet-connected computer.
Included in the shared Drive Folder are the following:
- Three Key Metrics Report
Our own creation, the 3 Key Metrics report highlights progress in 3 key areas: Organic Search Engine Rankings, Traffic to your site, and Leads (or Revenue, if we have that data). This report makes it easy to very progress is happening in a matter of 2-3 minutes.
- Monthly Timesheet Details
Our itemized Timesheet Details report is the best indicator of our commitment to transparency. We provide a line-by-line breakdown of how your SEO time is being put to use, along with a detailed description to accompany each item. You’ll never be in the dark as to how we’re putting your marketing spend to work!
- Campaign Overview Report
This is a PDF copy of our interactive Campaign Overview Report, ensuring that your data is available, securely and privately preserved in the cloud if you ever want to refer back to it.
- Strategic Online Marketing Plan
Each month we review and refresh our 60-day strategy with updated strategic items. This living (regularly updated) document needs to stay fresh as it is a key element of our agile approach to SEO. A longer-term plan has the potential of growing stale, or falling out of pace with the rapidly changing industry, so regular strategic planning is a must. Your access to this doc ensures that we’re always on the same page strategically.
