Responsibilities:
- Must have Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and/or Walmart Seller Center experience, including eCommerce Strategy; Product Listing set-up; Basic and Enhanced Brand Content (A+ Content) Management; Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display Ad Campaign Management; Amazon Seller Service Case Management; and familiarity with third-party tools such as Helium 10 and Skai/Kenshoo.
- Team / Department Management: The ideal candidate will have managed teams, crafted eCommerce offerings, and understand what it takes to build out our expertise. This could include training internal teams, and working with Sales to qualify leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Understand and own client goals. Maintain and build relationships with clients and account managers to maintain optimal retention rate and client satisfaction.
- Marketplace Business Audit: Review and assess client’s account health based on completion and accuracy of product data, adhering to marketplace terms of service and industry best practices.
- eCommerce Strategy: Develop and present strategic plan including assessment of current content and marketing activities; category and competitive research findings; objectives and KPIs for success.
- Competitive Analysis: Research and analyze competitors’ marketing approach, content quality, organic search ranking, pricing, application of keywords, ratings, and reviews.
- Keyword Research: Perform keyword research (discovery and expansion) in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.

Campaign Marketing Strategy and Implementation:
Create strategy and execute tactics that ensure optimal performance for all assigned clients.
Identify and report on key performance indicators to meet marketing and business objectives.
- Constantly create “Client Delight” by providing high levels of service and communication with your manager and clients
- Monitor and analyze product performance; customer ratings and reviews; inventory levels; and pricing and promotional strategy to ensure optimal performance
- Research and select keyword and campaign types for PPC campaigns to maximize budget while hitting ROI/ROAS and ACOS goals
- Develop creative solutions for listing enhancements to build brand recognition, ensure consumer confidence, and maximize sales
- Optimize for search performance including organic search terms, paid search terms, and promotional tools, such as discounts, coupons, and deals
- Plan, manage, and execute a portfolio of paid search campaigns, including but not limited to strategy development, set-up, budget recommendations, and ongoing optimization
- Communicate with Amazon/Walmart/Other Marketplace to address listing issues and convey that information to the client
- Identify issues or trends when sales have either declined or increased
- Ratings & Reviews Management (permission-based): Leverage third-party software to customize messaging, automate outreach, and monitor and report on ratings and reviews across the clients’ product catalog.
Monthly Campaign Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor, evaluate, and adjust strategy based on campaign results. Set goals for the following month based on analysis and strategy. Be ready to appropriately respond to clients asking questions or expressing concerns about perceived progress, essentially re-selling them on their Internet marketing investment.
Billable Hours: Be personally responsible for recording all billable client hours with details on tasks completed.
Thrive Project Management: Using project management tools, weekly assess each client project’s status and progress, providing a “bird’s eye view” of each engagement. The project management system will provide ways to record current status, to escalate issues of concern, and to record good news as well (wins). Implementation of the project management tool will be essential for the team’s overall success.
Thrive Team Collaboration: Ongoing communication with Creative Services Team, Account Management, and Thrive Management on project development, timelines, and results.
Job Skills Development: Work with Paid Media Managers to stay up-to-date, train on or get certified for new product and promotional tools and campaigns offered within various Retail Media channels. Prioritize ongoing learning and the development of new job-related knowledge and skills.

In This Role, the Ideal Candidate Will Come to Thrive With This Experience:
- Have 3-5 years of Amazon, Walmart, and/or other ecommerce marketplace experience.
- At Least 2-5 years of direct management experience
- Knowledge of ecommerce-focused search engine optimization tactics and strategies.
- Direct experience in platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, Helium 10, and Skai/Kenshoo.
- Experience providing direction to/briefing a Creative Services Team and/or the clients’ creative team to develop engaging and persuasive content, images, and other branded assets.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, people, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with Amazon A+ Content and Brand Store builders; Walmart Brand Shop and Shelf builder; and Amazon Posts;
- Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivator and excited to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Amazon DSP, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, TikTok Business, LinkedIn, or X (Twitter)-certified is a plus!
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canava, and/or other design experience is a plus!
