Qualifications:
We are looking for an exceptional Creative Director who will help in our mission to raise the bar with relationships and results for our clients. Leading a team of thinkers and doers, the Creative Director will bring a mix of marketing expertise and business acumen to the role, promoting our company and those of our valued clients. We are looking for an experienced leader of people, someone who can inspire others while taking our creative output to a new level as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and be a prolific generator of dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences.
Responsibilities:
The Creative Director will manage team members and contribute to the team development and growth. They will provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch impressive projects, will devise concepts and strategies for creative projects and monitor progress. The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth. You also will:
- Lead and review the work of the creative teams for all web, print, and digital marketing collateral.
- Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, copy, art, and digital technology.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities.
- Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies.
- Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Meet budget requirements by forecasting and managing expenses.
Desired Skills:
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

- Ten years of relevant experience, with seven or more years as a Creative Director in an agency or corporate setting.
- Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns – from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing the production on time and within budget.
- Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline and print.
- Working knowledge of creative process, web design, brand development, photography, and video.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Ability to coach and mentor the professional and technical development of your team members, maximizing team productivity and growing their careers by understanding your team’s skill levels, working styles, motivations, and professional goals.
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
- Department and project cost controlling
- Concept development experience.
- Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent.
- Strong Knowledge of Conversion Centered Design is key.
- Experience with UI/UX Design.
- Experience with Branding and Logo Design.
- Experience with Print Design.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Experience with TeamWork is a plus.
- Experience with Javascript, HTML and CSS3 is a plus.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Experience growing a team and an entrepreneurial mindset is a must.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing and business.
- Experience as a copywriter, graphic designer, or production artist.
- Experience in project management, with a focus on creative direction.
